Woodmont was chosen by the ATC Partners to manage a large portion of their office space properties.

• Brannon Street is located in the central east area of SOMA and boasts five stories of office space and a recently updated lobby. Brannon Street is also just two blocks from the AT&T Ballpark which is home to the San Francisco Giants.
   
• The Sansome building maintains three stories of office space it is located off Broadway in the Financial District of San Francisco and is just a few blocks away from the infamous Coit Tower.
   
• Bayshore is located on the peninsula south of the San Francisco Airport. The office space is nestled amongst a variety of hotels, restaurants and entertainment along the Bayshore Highway waterfront.
   
• San Bruno consists of four, two-story buildings of office space.
   
• West Valley is centrally located in the Silicon Valley and has four five-story buildings of office space designed as an executive park. It has easy access to major highways and expressways. West Valley is near Santana Row, Westfield Shopping Center, and the Santa Clara Medical Center and is surrounded by an abundant variety of restaurants and entertainment.
   
• Stevens Creek is another executive park consisting of five buildings of office space. Stevens Creek is centrally situated in the Silicon Valley and accessible to the highways and expressways. There are a variety of restaurants, businesses, shopping and entertainment nearby.
   
• Lakeway is centrally located near Highway 101, the Lawrence Expressway and near Mission College. It is designed as an executive park with with ample parking and mature landscape.
   
• Citrus Circle consists of two adjacent office parks. It is located in Walnut Creek with easy access to main highways and surrounded by recreational parks, restaurants and entertainment.
   
• Great American Parkway boasts an executive park centrally located between Highway 101 and 237. The Great America family theme park serves as a back drop to this executive expanse of office buildings.
  

APRIL 2008
Bob Rouse announced that Cheryl Garcia has joined the firm as the newest commercial regional manager. She holds an RPA designation and will soon have her FMA certification.

FEBRUARY 2008
Christina Johnson joins the Woodmont staff as a Regional Property Manager in the Commercial Division.  She will be responsible primarily for a portfolio specializing in office spaces.

JANUARY 2008
Woodmont Real Estate Services recently completed the purchase of Granite Creek Apartments on behalf of the SRP Terrace group.  Granite Creek has apartment homes nestled in the serene atmosphere of the Sierra Foothills east of Sacramento.

Woodmont  also acquired the management of two premier apartment communities in Sunnyvale.  Mark XII Apartments has a variety of one and two bedroom floorplans to choose from. Central Park is situated in the heart of the Silicon Valley with easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment and several major highways.

Ron Granville also announced that Woodmont was selected to manage Middlefield Manor Apartments located in Mountain View.
